Hammer Crusher Description 

This type of hammer crusher is our patent new product, is a combination of hammer crusher and impact crusher. It is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, chemistry industries and so on.

It can crush materials with middle or less than middle hardness whose compressive strength is not more than 150 kg/m³ into primary crushing, secondary crushing or fine crushing.

It has a feature of big crushing ratio, reliable performance, good particle shape, reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, high productivity, low energy consumption.

This hammer crusher is particularly suitable for crushing limestone into primary crushing, secondary crushing or fine crushing in one time, which can replace traditional secondary crushing process.

Operating principle of Hammer Crusher

The electric motor drives rotor of the hammer crusher through vee belt, making the hammer rotate in high speed. The materials are crushed in the crusher by the rotated hammer. Bulk materials are crushed into particles larger than requirement, and then fall into the bottom of the crusher. The crushed material will be thrown to the impact plate with the new material along the tangential direction of the hammer, then realize primary, secondary and fine crushing material in one time. Finally, the materials meet requirement will be discharged from the bottom of the machine.
